3 Age Verification

7 Bonuses & Promotions Read Carefully

In the event of a conflict between general Terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence for that particular promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in each offer's specific terms.

8 Gameplay Rules

The following rules govern gameplay across all game categories on slot39. Category-specific rules — for sports betting, Teen Patti, Ludo, Fishing Games, and Esports Betting — are additionally governed by the category-specific terms available within each game section of the platform.

• All standard (non-live) game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG that has been independently audited for fairness. RNG certification is available on request.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical card dealing or other tangible mechanisms performed in real time by trained dealer staff, recorded and streamed via multiple cameras.

9 Prohibited Conduct Important

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification.

• Using chargebacks or payment reversals as a strategy to reclaim deposited funds after those funds have been used for gameplay.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use slot39 for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

12 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits slot39's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

slot39 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage of account use.
• A legally binding order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, within 14 business days, after deduction of any applicable outstanding fees or charges. Bonus balances are not returned under any closure scenario.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so from account settings or by contacting support. Voluntary closure processes the same-day and any real-money balance is returned within 14 business days.

14 Privacy & Data
